Group Sustainability and CSR

In order to shape the financial markets of the future, we are taking a close look at how we can continuously improve our actions with regard to the three aspects of environment, social affairs and corporate governance. As Head of Group Sustainability, Dr. Martin Wagener is responsible for implementing the sustainability strategy, among other things. To this end, he coordinates central measures internally with various specialist departments. Additionally, we are in regular contact with associations and business partners.

Our social commitment includes the partnership with Joblinge and various donations and charitable activities with STELP e.V. Together with Stuttgart Financial, we participate in financial center initiatives.

As part of our risk management, we systematically identify and assess sustainability risks as a basis for responsible action. We record our own carbon footprint, offset emissions within our own sphere of influence and develop solutions to continuously reduce emissions.
