It operates through the following segments: Property and Holding, Industrial and Marine. The Property and Holding segment engages in the real estate investment of tourist and holiday resorts. The Industrial segment produces and distributes scooters, motorbikes and light commercial vehicles. The Marine segment builds defense ships such as mine countermeasure vessels, fast patrol boats and hydrographic vessels, fast ferries, catamarans, hydrofoils and yachts of different dimensions.
