The firm offers ablation systems, fluid management systems, vascular access, angiographic, drainage, thrombolytic, and venous products. It operates through the Med Tech and Med Device segments. The Med Device segment focuses on core, venous, ports, and other oncology products. The company was founded by Howard S. Stern and Eamonn P. Hobbs on February 9, 1988 and is headquartered in Latham, NY.
