It operates through Metallic Constructions, Naval Industry, and Renewables segments. The Metallic Construction segment includes all the construction activities involving mechanical constructions, aluminum and glass facades, infrastructures for oil and gas, the naval industry. The Naval Industry segment engages in the maintenance of shipyard. The Renewables segment is comprised of the promotion and development of renewable energy projects, with special emphasis on wind sector. The company was founded in February 1990 and is headquartered in Oliveira de Frades, Portugal.
