NRW Holdings Ltd. engages in the provision of civil contracting and mining services. It operates through the following segments: Civil, Mining, and Minerals, Energy and Technologies (MET). The Civil segment includes delivery of private and public civil infrastructure projects, mine development, bulk earthworks and commercial and residential subdivisions. The Mining segment mine management, contract mining, load and haul, drill and blast, coal handling preparation plants, maintenance services and the fabrication of water and service vehicles. The MET segment includes Primero Group, RCR Mining Technologies, DIAB Engineering and Overflow Industrial. The company was founded by Jeffery William McGlinn and Nicholas John Ross Silverthorne in 1994 and is headquartered in Belmont, Australia.
