It operates through the Managed Services (MS) and Zalaris Consulting (ZC) segments. The MS segment includes payroll and human resources outsourcing services. The ZC segment relates to the implementation of SAP HCM, and Payroll and SuccessFactors, based on Zalaris templates, or implementation of customer-specific functionalities. The company was founded by Hans-Petter Mellerud on April 14, 2000 and is headquartered in Oslo, Norway.
