The Power Generation segment deals with operation of wind and solar power plants through subsidiaries, generating electric power for sale to external power grid companies, and investing in power plants through joint ventures and associates. The Others segment includes provision of design, technical, and consultancy services; undertaking electrical engineering and construction of power plant projects, and stock finance lease services. The company was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Singapore.
