Panoro Energy ASA is an independent exploration and production company, which explores, produces, transports, and markets oil and natural gas. It operates through the following segments: Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Tunisia, South Africa, and Corporate and Others. The Equitorial Guinea segment consists of the Ceiba Field and Okume Complex. The Gabon segment comprises of the Dussafu license. The Tunisia segment holds the Sfax and Hammamet Offshore Exploration Permits, and TPS assets. The South Africa segment covers block 2B license and interests in the Karoo Technical Cooperation Permit. The Corporate and Others segment refers to head office and service firm operations that are not directly attributable to the other segments. The company was founded on April 28, 2009 and is headquartered in Oslo, Norway.
