Product Description
This (call) warrant is linked to Rocket Lab USA Inc., the underlying instrument, and has a term ending on July 31, 2026. This is a leveraged product, where the investor participates disproportionately in the positive and negative performance of the underlying. The investor has the right to exercise throughout the term of the warrant. Upon exercise, the redemption amount is calculated as the difference between the price of the underlying and the strike price, adjusted for the multiplier of 0.10. Exercise occurs automatically at the end of the term. If, at that point in time, the price of the underlying is below the strike price, the product will expire worthless.
