Important Information from 30.04.2026:
The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has implemented, effective as of 23.08.2026, amendments regarding the obligation to disclose market data on reasonable commercial terms (RCB - Reasonable Commercial Basis).
Effective as of 01.09.2026, Boerse Stuttgart has accordingly been required to amend the GTC for Market Data.
