Eramet SA engages in the provision of production of mining and metallurgical products. It operates business through the following divisions: Manganese, Nickel, Mineral Sands, and Lithium. The Manganese division includes the production, sale, and mining of manganese alloys and manganese chemical derivatives. The Nickel division engages in mining, production, and sales of nickel and its derivative applications. The Mineral Sands division consists production of titaniferous ores such as ilmenite, rutile, leucoxene, and zircon in Senegal. The Lithium division comprises of extraction of brine from the Salt Lake and its processing into lithium carbonate, the base compound for the energy storage industry. The company was founded in 1880 and is headquartered in Paris, France.
