It operates through the following segments: Spirits, Non-Alcoholic Beverages, and Fresh Juice Systems. The Spirits segment consists of the branded and private label products, which operates under the brand names Berentzen, Puschkin, Strothmann, Bommerlunder, Doornkaat, and Hansen Rum, etc. The Non-Alcoholic Beverages segment produces mineral waters, carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks, which operates under the brand names MIO MIO, Krauterbraut, Emsland Quelle, Sinalco, Quixx Energy, and Vivaris Sport etc. The Fresh Juice Systems segment comprises of fruit presses and filling containers under the brand name Citrocasa, which serves the health-oriented beverages market. The company was founded by Johann Bernhard Berentzen in 1758 and is headquartered in Haselunne, Germany.
