Actia Group engages in the design, manufacture, and operation of electronics for systems management. It operates through the Automotive Division and Telecom Division segments. The Automotive Division segment includes original equipment manufacturers, aftermarket, and manufacturing-design and services products. The Telecom Division segment is involved in the design and development of telecommunication solutions for railway, energy, aerospace, telecom networks infrastructure, and satellite communications markets. The company was founded by Pierre Calmels, Eric Chabrerie, and Louis Armand Jean Pech in 1986 and is headquartered in Toulouse, France.
