The New Zealand Broking segment focuses on the provision of broking and advisory services primarily to SME clients in New Zealand. The International segment includes wholesale and retail broking and Managing General Agents. The Support Services segment deals with the provision of a range of services to support the Australian broking, agencies, New Zealand, broking and Tysers segments, and external clients. The company was founded on November 7, 1985 and is headquartered in North Sydney, Australia.
