Ernst Russ AG is an international shipping company and maritime investment manager. It operates through the following segments: Shipping, Management Services, and Other Services. The Shipping segment will cover the operation of the group's own, i.e. fully consolidated vessels. The Management Services segment combines both services for the ER Group fleet and asset and fund management for investors in all asset classes. The Other Services segment refers to central functions of the ER group. The company was founded in 1893 and is headquartered in Hamburg, Germany.
