It operates its business through the following divisions: Affordable Housing, Private Housing, Contract Housing and Land Sales. The Affordable Housing division engages in the development of land into stand-alone sites which consist of affordable homes. The Private Housing division focuses on larger sites of homes, as well as smaller to medium sized development. The Contract Housing division provide development services to third party private organizations and receive revenue based on costs incurred plus fixed mark up. The company was founded by Wilfred Adam on January 28, 1956 and is headquartered in Elgin, the United Kingdom.
