It operates through the following segments: Banijay Entertainment and Live, Banijay Gaming, and Holding. The Banijay Entertainment and Live segment incorporates the activities of production, distribution and marketing of content property rights for television and multimedia platforms as well as the production of live experiences. The Banijay Gaming segment comprises sports betting, poker, casino and turf. The Holding segment is involved in corporate activities. The company was founded by Stéphane Courbit in 1994 and is headquartered in Paris, France.
