Aumovio SE engages in development, manufacture and distribution of assembly parts, system components and complete systems for all kinds of vehicles. It operates through the following segments: Autonomous Mobility (AM), Architecture and Network Solutions (ANS), Safety and Motion (SAM), User Experience (UX), and Contract Manufacturing (CM). The AM segment focuses on sensorics and electronics for advanced driver assistance systems and automated driving technologies and systems to enhance vehicle safety and optimize the driving experience for automated and autonomous mobility. The ANS segment designs and manufactures electronic products and solutions for classic and emerging vehicle architectures as well as for SDVs. The SAM segment develops and manufactures products in the field of the chassis domain. Its product portfolio consists of components, systems and software for passive and active safety, driving dynamics and comfort, such as electronic brake systems and air bag control units. The UX segment designs, develops and manufactures products for driver and passenger information and the interaction with vehicles, such as display solutions, head-up displays and digital clusters The CM segment engages in contract manufacturing of automotive products. The company was founded on August 6, 2024 and is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany.
