This Bonus Certificate is linked to Porsche Automobil Holding SE, the underlying instrument, and has a term ending on August 28, 2026. The product bears a protection level of EUR 36.00 . Otherwise, the investor participates in the performance of the underlying, taking the multiplier of 1.00 into account. If the underlying never trades at or below the protection level during the observation period from August 07, 2023 to August 21, 2026, at least the bonus amount of EUR 60.00 will be redeemed (in cash) upon maturity. In any other case, redemption will be made in the form of units in the underlying or a reference asset.
