Product Description
This Reverse Convertible Bond is linked to Deutsche Lufthansa AG, the underlying instrument, and has a term ending on December 24, 2026. The product has a coupon of 14.00% per annum and a nominal value of EUR 1,000. At the end of the term, the performance of the underlying determines the redemption amount. If the underlying trades at or above the strike price of EUR 9.50 on the valuation date, the nominal value will be redeemed. If the underlying trades below the strike price, units in the underlying or a reference asset will be delivered. The quantity of units will be determined by the multiplier of 105.26316, while fractions are usually settled with a cash payment.
