Product Description
This Reverse Convertible Bond is linked to Alphabet Inc. (C Shares), the underlying instrument, and has a term ending on May 26, 2028. The product has a coupon of 9.36% per annum and a nominal value of USD 10,000. At the end of the term, the performance of the underlying determines the redemption amount. If the underlying trades at or above the strike price of USD 312.579 on the valuation date, the nominal value will be redeemed. If the underlying trades below the strike price, units in the underlying or a reference asset will be delivered. The quantity of units will be determined by the multiplier of 31.991912, while fractions are usually settled with a cash payment.
