Product Description
This Reverse Convertible Bond is linked to Alphabet Inc. (C Shares), the underlying instrument, and has a term ending on June 24, 2027. The product has a coupon of 6.75% per annum and a nominal value of EUR 1,000. At the end of the term, the performance of the underlying determines the redemption amount. If the underlying trades at or above the strike price of USD 260.00 on the valuation date, the nominal value will be redeemed. If the underlying trades below the strike price, the investor will participate in the negative price performance of the underlying, as determined by the multiplier of 3.84615.
