Problems during registration or login?
1. You are already registered?
Do you already have an account?
- Then you no longer need to register and can simply login.
Do you already have an account but no longer know your user name?
- In this case, please contact our customer service info@boerse-stuttgart.de.
Do you already have an account but no longer remember your password?
- Then please use our forgotten password function.
2. You have not received a confirmation E-Mail?
You were able to register but did not receive a confirmation E-Mail?
- It may take a few minutes to send the confirmation E-Mail.
- Please also check your spam folder.
- If this does not help either, please contact our customer service info@boerse-stuttgart.de, stating the E-Mail address and user name you used.
3. You get an error message when submitting the registration form?
You want to send the form, but an error message appears instead?
- Have you already registered in the past with the E-Mail address you entered?Then a new registration is not possible. Please use the forgotten password function.
- Have you already registered in the past with the same user name but a different E-Mail address?
In this case, please contact our customer service info@boerse-stuttgart.de, stating the E-Mail address you used and your user name.
4. You cannot log in?
Do you know your user name and password and still can't log in?
- Please note that they are case-sensitive.
- If this does not help either, please contact our customer service at info@boerse-stuttgart.de, stating the E-Mail address and user name you are using.
Please understand that for data protection reasons we are not allowed to give you your user name over the phone.
