The Digital Print and Chemicals segment supplies sign and display printing companies with inkjet printers with matched inks. The Offset Solutions segment offers commercial, newspaper, and packaging printers, and prepress and printing solutions. The company was founded on June 10, 1964 and is headquartered in Mortsel, Belgium.
