This Capped Bonus Certificate is linked to RWE AG, the underlying instrument, and has a term ending on December 28, 2026. The product features a protection level of EUR 45.00 and a cap of EUR 60.00. The investor participates in the performance of the underlying, taking the multiplier of 1.00 into account. The redemption amount, however, is limited to a maximum of EUR 60.00 (cap times the multiplier). If the underlying never trades at or below the protection level during the observation period from January 29, 2026 to December 18, 2026, at least the bonus amount of EUR 60.00 and at most the maximum amount (in cash) will be redeemed upon maturity. In any other case, redemption will be made in the form of units in the underlying or a reference asset.
