This Express Certificate is linked to Infineon Technologies AG, the underlying instrument, and has a term ending on June 18, 2029. During the term, the investor receives a fixed coupon. On predetermined dates, the price of the underlying will be compared with the respective termination level. If the price of the underlying is quoted at or above the termination level, the certificate will mature early, and will be redeemed at the nominal amount. If the certificate does not mature early during the term, the price of the underlying on the valuation date determines redemption.
