This Express Certificate is linked to Infineon Technologies AG, the underlying instrument, and has a term ending on May 20, 2031. On predetermined dates during the term, the price of the underlying will be compared with the respective termination level. If the price of the underlying is quoted at or above the termination level, the certificate will mature early, and will be redeemed at the predetermined termination amount. If the certificate does not mature early during the term, the price of the underlying on the valuation date determines redemption.
