Product Description
This Protected Reverse Convertible Bond is linked to Volkswagen AG Vz., the underlying instrument, and has a term ending on September 23, 2026. The product has a coupon of 8.25% per annum and a nominal value of EUR 1,000. At the end of the term, the performance of the underlying determines the redemption amount. If the underlying always trades above the protection level of EUR 75.00 during the observation period from July 16, 2025 to September 16, 2026, or if the underlying is traded at or above the strike price of EUR 93.023 on the valuation date, the nominal value will be redeemed. In any other case, units in the underlying or a reference asset will be delivered. The quantity of units will be determined by the multiplier of 10.75, while fractions are usually settled with a cash payment.
