Product Description
This Protected Reverse Convertible Bond is linked to Porsche Automobil Holding SE, the underlying instrument, and has a term ending on December 23, 2026. The product has a coupon of 8.75% per annum and a nominal value of EUR 1,000. At the end of the term, the performance of the underlying determines the redemption amount. If the underlying always trades above the protection level of EUR 27.00 during the observation period from March 04, 2026 to December 16, 2026, or if the underlying is traded at or above the strike price of EUR 32.258 on the valuation date, the nominal value will be redeemed. In any other case, units in the underlying or a reference asset will be delivered. The quantity of units will be determined by the multiplier of 31.00, while fractions are usually settled with a cash payment.
