Product Description
This Reverse Convertible Bond is linked to Chevron Corp., the underlying instrument, and has a term ending on July 30, 2026. The product has a coupon of 8.76% per annum and a nominal value of USD 10,000. At the end of the term, the performance of the underlying determines the redemption amount. If the underlying trades at or above the strike price of USD 136.80 on the valuation date, the nominal value will be redeemed. If the underlying trades below the strike price, units in the underlying or a reference asset will be delivered. The quantity of units will be determined by the multiplier of 73.099415, while fractions are usually settled with a cash payment.
