Request to cancel a false conclusion (Mistrade)

With this form, trading participants or market makers admitted to the Baden-Württemberg Stock Exchange have the possibility to apply for the subsequent cancellation of a price determination.  

Trading participants are exclusively credit and financial services institutions or financial enterprises.

The basis for the mistrade application is the mistrade application pursuant to § 12 of the Implementation Regulations for the Exchange Rules of the Baden-Württemberg Stock Exchange or Mistrade Application Ifx pursuant to § 28 of the Terms and Conditions for the Regulated Unofficial Market on the Baden-Württemberg Stock Exchange.

The prerequisite for this is the fulfillment of the criteria specified in § 11 of the Implementation Regulations for the Exchange Rules and § 28 of the Terms and Conditions for the Regulated Unofficial Market.

In accordance with § 28 of the Implementation Regulations for the Exchange Rules, the applicant is generally charged a processing fee of €1,000.00 for processing the mistrade application in securitized derivatives.
